Wyoming Valley Country Club offers membership categories to suit each individual’s needs. Below is a listing of the categories and a brief description of each.
Senior Membership, Senior 31 thru Senior 34
Our Senior memberships provide full access to all Club facilities and social activities including use of the clubhouse, dining rooms, driving range, and golf course. This membership includes unlimited golf privileges for the member only. Senior members beginning at age 31 through 34 years of age will be subject to ascending/incremental dues increases and an ascending miscellaneous charge structure as set by the Board of Governors. Beginning the first day of the month following their 35th birthday senior members shall be subject to full senior dues.
The spouse of any senior member or associate member. Significant Other is another part of the spousal membership.
Associate II Memberships
Associate memberships must be a least 21 years of age but less than 31 years of age. The inclusive Associate II membership includes: green fees, cart fees, driving range and no food and beverage yearly spending requirements.
Social memberships provide full usage of the Club’s dining venues and attendance to our social events for the member, the member’s spouse, and dependent children as prescribed by the club. Use of the driving range is an option. Social members are permitted to one (1) round of golf per month with payment of required Green and Cart Fees. They may also be a guest of a Senior member once a month.
Membership is open at both the Senior and Social Level. Memberships will be identical to present categories with the exception of voting privileges and equity privileges. Memberships are issued in the name of the firm or corporation and are assigned to a particular designee who must be an employee or a member of the Board of Directors of said corporation.
An Applicant who is at least twenty one (21) years of age may apply for one of two Non-Resident classifications. One that the permanent residence is located beyond a seventy-five (75) air-mile radius from the WVCC clubhouse. Non-Resident II means permanent residence between thirty five (35) and seventy five (75) air mile radius from the WVCC clubhouse.
Open to ordained Clergy of all faiths.
Children of Senior Members or children of their spouse. They may have automatic golfing privileges until their twenty-fifth (25th) birthday.
Junior II Membership
A Junior II member must be a member of an accredited high school or college golf team. Also a full time college student will be eligible if he/she had previously been a member of a high school golf team for a minimum of 1 season. Confirmation of golf team participation will be required.
Eligibility will expire upon reaching his/her 23rd birthday.
The son/daughter of a current senior member (or a prior senior member whose membership has been inactive for less than 24 months) shall be ineligible for the Junior II program.
