Additional Information:

 

If a special wine, liquor or beer is desired for your event and is not currently on our beverage list, arrangements must be made at least one month prior to the event. Additional fees will apply. An open consumption bar may be used in combination with a cash bar if requested

(e.g. open bar for cocktail hour only).

 

Alcohol prices & available brands are subject to change without notice. The sale & service of all alcoholic beverages is regulated by the state of Pennsylvania. The Wyoming Valley Country Club is responsible for the legal & safe dispensing of alcohol; therefore, no outside alcohol may be brought onto WVCC property. As the Wyoming Valley Country Club promotes responsible alcohol consumption, requests for shots will not be granted. Wyoming Valley Country Club Event Guidelines

 

All menu prices are subject to 6% Pennsylvania sales tax & 20% service charge.

All food and beverages consumed on property must be purchased through WCVV.

All event dates are subject to availability and are confirmed with a signed, executed contract plus a non-refundable $300 deposit made payable to Wyoming Valley Country Club

 

All menus must be finalized at least TEN (10) days prior to the event. A final guaranteed headcount must be provided no later than five days prior to the event. This is the minimum amount of guests that you will be billed for.

 

All plated events with multiple entrée options also require a final count for each type of entrée prior to the event date.

 

Sheridan Dining Room or Main Ball Room both offers a magnificent view of golf course’s signature 18th hole and pond setting.

 

Room Rental Fee: $200 for Ball Room, $100 for Sheridan Dining Room.

Overtime Fee (Exceeding 4 hours) $100 per hour

 

Upper Patio

The Upper Patio is typically reserved for service to all Golf Members and patrons of the golf course. It may be available for private rental for selected events depending on event date & time. It can accommodate up to 50 guests with proper seating to go along with a full service wet bar.

Room Rental: Based on availability (Minimum of $500)

Event Labor Fee $100 (set ups, decorating of any kind, display set ups)

Chef Attendant Fee: $60 per Attendant

Podium & Microphone $50

LCD Projector & Screen $100

Wedding Ceremony at WVCC

A wedding ceremony at the Wyoming Valley Country Club would take place on the event lawn between the upper patio and 18th green and features gorgeous views of our golf course.

Ceremony Site Fee, Set Up & White Wooden Folding Chairs (Based on 80 Guests) $700

 

Event Décor

Tablecloths in ivory, black or white and napkins in a variety of colors are included at no additional cost. Votive candles are also included. Any additional event décor is the responsibility of the event host and must be removed immediately following the function’s conclusion.

 

Personal Property

The WVCC does not assume any liability for the loss of any merchandise or articles left on the premises at any time. The event host will be liable for any damages caused by guests or outside vendors.

 

Event Billing

Payment in full by check, cash or credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) is required no later than the date of the event.

 

Our facility is totally Non-Smoking in accordance with the Clean Indoor Air Act.  Designated outdoor areas are provided for those guests who wish to smoke.

 

The Golf Course and Putting Greens are for use by our members only and therefore not part of your event.  Children are not permitted to play on the Putting Greens or the Golf Course. 

 

In keeping with WVCC requirements all guests at your function will be expected to observe our Dress Code the following are not permitted

T-Shirts, Tank Tops, Ripped or Over-sized Jeans, Sweats, Cut-offs, Gym Shorts,

Short-Shorts, Flip-Flops or Caps (inside the building).

 

It is responsibility of the host to inform your guests in advance of your function.
